We are seeking an experienced Data & Support analyst to diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot user reported issues within our systems. This role requires hands-on expertise with webapp support & troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve end user issues. The ideal candidate also brings some SQL knowledge to the table to help identify data related problems. As a tech startup, this role may require wearing many hats and encourages eagerness to learn new systems while we develop our support processes and procedures.
