About The Position
The Data Strategy Manager is responsible for leading and managing three technology divisions: Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Application Support, and Data Analytics. This role ensures that projects are completed within defined scopes, quality standards, and time and cost constraints. The manager will provide leadership, maintain budgets, manage contracts, and coordinate with vendors to align project goals with the organization's business values.
