About The Position

Visa's Internship Program provides an immersive, 12-week journey where you'll work on impactful projects that drive Visa's mission forward. As a Visa intern, you'll build valuable connections across the organization, sharpen your communication and business acumen, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment. Requirements

• Students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration (or related field) with a graduation date in December 2026-August 2027
• Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications that demonstrate professional judgment

• Strong interest in pursuing a career in management consulting and/or corporate strategy
• Passion for data, emerging technologies, especially AI
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools and software

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges related to data strategy and AI
• Assess business problems with structured thinking to support the formation of business strategy
• Develop rigorous, fact-based, quantitative analysis
• Produce presentation materials and reports
• Draft product stories, case studies and market updates

Benefits

• Estimated hourly range for a new hire into this position is $26/hr to $30/hr which may include potential sales incentive payments
• Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location
