About The Position

As a Data Strategist, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that guide marketing, product, and business decisions. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with consumer data, with a focus on marketing applications.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer data, identity management, and marketing technology landscape in the U.S.
  • Proven experience in a solutions-based or sales support role with a track record of success.
  • Solid understanding of direct marketing principles, digital media, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve client and organizational objectives.
  • Proficiency in Office365, AI tools, data visualization platforms, and the ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.
  • Experience in audience design, segmentation, personalization, optimization, and measurement.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Translate conceptual business questions into data-driven analyses that generate meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop executive memos, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate data narratives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to shape, validate, and implement solutions based on audience and data insights.
  • Lead client discovery sessions to clarify objectives, identify data gaps, and define segmentation frameworks.
  • Provide consultative, data-driven guidance to clients, prospects, and internal teams using clear storytelling.
  • Track emerging trends in consumers, channels, and competitors, contributing to thought leadership and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product management to inform the development of new data and marketing solutions.
