Position Summary: The Data Storyteller is responsible for transforming complex quantitative and qualitative data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights that support organizational learning, strategic decision making, and community impact. Grounded in principles of health equity, this role elevates the lived experiences of staff and the communities we serve by designing meaningful data narratives aligned with organizational priorities. Working collaboratively across multidisciplinary and community facing teams, the Data Storyteller ensures data is accurately interpreted, effectively communicated, and leveraged to advance equity through key initiatives such as staff engagement, training evaluation, community needs assessment and planning, CLAS self-assessment, and community engagement efforts.
