Requirements
- Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related field plus 2 years of experience.
- Employer will accept paid or unpaid experience gained during university studies.
- Of the required experience, must have experience in each of the following:
- Designing and maintaining ETL data pipelines
- Database design and optimization for insurance systems
- Developing large-scale internal data validation applications and models
- Testing and releasing system components for all stages of data lifecycle management
- PostgreSQL and SQL query and schema design
- Customizing and integrating open-source libraries into distributed SQL database codebase
- Must pass normal background check.
Responsibilities
- Research, design, develop, and test robust, streamlined, automated data collection systems.
- May perform additional duties that are similar and consistent with stated position requirements.
