Data Specialist – Direct Mail & Digital Marketing
DeLand, FL | Full-Time | $18–$23/hour (based on experience)
MBI Direct Mail + Digital is a well-established, growth-focused marketing company seeking a detail-driven Data Specialist to join our in-house team. Requirements

• 55+ WPM typing speed
• Working knowledge of SQL or equivalent query tools
• Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, formulas)
• High attention to detail and deadline awareness
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
• Professional, reliable, and process-driven

Responsibilities

• Prepare, scrub, and format mailing data for production
• Use SQL (or equivalent tools) to extract and validate data
• Maintain and organize large spreadsheets and client lists
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure accuracy
• Meet daily and weekly processing deadlines with precision
