Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Ability to decipher and understand technical information, such as technical documentation, product release information and security vulnerabilities.
• Ability to professionally facilitate questions from internal employees among various departments.
• Basic communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey data.
• Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage grammar for Data Mining automation tool.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Specialist, and Data Acquisition team on new unique items added to automation.
• Update Grammar files as needed.
• Performs basic analysis of customer data.
• Imports data and provides an initial review.
• Processes requests from CSM (Customer Success Manager) and DA (Data Acquisition) Teams.
• Execute Patchintel output according to the scheduled calendar.
• Performs other tasks or assignments requested by manager.
