About The Position
The department of Academic Support and Access Programs at Farmingdale State College oversees multiple initiatives devoted to providing wraparound services for traditionally underrepresented students. The Data Specialist is responsible for processing data for students who participate in our college opportunity programs including TRIO Student Support Services, the Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program (CSTEP), Achieving Completion through Engagement (ACE) program and the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP). Reporting to the Executive Director of the Department, the Data Specialist is a key member of an integrated team that delivers timely and accurate submission of reports as well as administrative support to promote academic success of program participants. The Data Specialist also provides important contributions to promote the continued growth and success of our programs.
