About The Position

This position is responsible for extraction, transformation, and loading of data from one dental software product into other Henry Schein Practice Solutions products. Responsible to work toward and assist in the achievement of individual, team, department, and all company goals.

Requirements

Typically 4 or more years of related experience.
Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Very good attention to detail and accuracy
Customer service oriented and ability to work with and resolve complex issues
Ability to plan and arrange activities
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Serve as a contact for both internal and external customers during all phases of the data migration
Manage multiple/simultaneous ETL projects
Recognize and escalate customer data issues
Ensure the timely and effective completion of migration expectation are met or exceeded
Document, record, and appropriately track completed tasks to provide accurate record of account/project history
Resolve complex data related problems
Prioritize projects and customer needs based on changing demands
Strong ability to acquire new knowledge related to changing work environment
Oversee small to medium sized projects
Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities
Establish productive working relationships at multiple levels within the organization
