About The Position
The Data Services Associate is responsible for engaging with client property teams to gather, enter, and maintain updated property level ESG (Environmental Social Governance) and utility (energy, water, and waste) data in appropriate databases. The role requires keen attention to detail while maintaining quality and productivity in data-related tasks. The Data Services Associate will work with different tools and databases to gather, organize, and interpret data. This position requires an aptitude to quickly learn new processes and effectively communicate. This is a full-time, remote, and non-exempt position in the Dallas Fort Worth area as you are required to report to the office during onboarding and training, and periodically travel into the office for meetings, as needed.
