Responsibilities An Average day: Provide specialized expertise in federal data segregation architectures, ensuring the Criminal Investigations (CI) ServiceNow instance maintains strict confidentiality, integrity, and availability while adhering to law enforcement data protection requirements and federal compliance mandates. Additionally In this position you will: Maintain strict data segregation between enterprise instance and CI instance Enforce need-to-know access controls and audit logging requirements Support CI instance ATO sustainment activities and security assessments Design and validate integrations that preserve data separation Conduct security event monitoring and compliance evidence collection Manage identity, access, and account lifecycle processes for CI users Coordinate with customer Personnel Security on clearance requirements Ensure CI instance configuration integrity and security posture Develop and maintain security documentation and SORN compliance materials Qualifications Must complete/pass High-Risk Background Investigation (HR BI) for CI access, Public Trust Must pass CI-mandated drug screening Ongoing suitability and continuous evaluation requirements Must be U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident with a minimum of 3 consecutive years of U.S. residency from date of legal entry Minimum 10 years in Federal Network Operations within High Compliance Environments Must have verifiable recent (within past 3 years) hands-on experience delivering enterprise service management solutions in the IRS operational environment or an equivalent federal environment of comparable scale, governance, and compliance complexity. Demonstrated experience with law enforcement or sensitive federal data systems Deep knowledge of federal data classification and handling requirements Experience with Government Community Cloud (GCC) environments Data segregation practices and policies specific to federal government operations Government Community Cloud Identity Management paths and protocols RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) design and enforcement Scoped applications and domain separation in ServiceNow Encryption standards (in-transit and at-rest) ATO sustainment and continuous monitoring requirements POA&M management and vulnerability remediation Pay Transparency Statement AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $135,000.00/Yr. - USD $190,000.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. Requirements

  • Must complete/pass High-Risk Background Investigation (HR BI) for CI access, Public Trust
