Bring advanced analytics knowledge of best-in-class data science methodologies.
Deep understanding of AI/ML space and proven history of solving business problems using data science.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver and execute complex analytics problems.
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and LLM prompt engineering.
Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
Lead the advanced analytics framework through AI/ML.
Work with complex data sets (unstructured and structured data) to solve business use cases.
Establish robust measurement frameworks and deliver business value with data-driven insights.
Design/Develop data visualizations to effectively communicate insights.
Establish and follow data science's best practices including peer review, code review, and documentation.
Serve as internal Data Science SME and drive the self-service citizen data science COE.
Initiate and drive projects with minimal oversight and guidance.

Bachelor's Degree with 7 years experience; Master's Degree with 6 years experience; PhD with 2 years experience.
5+ years of working experience in data science framework and knowledge of statistical or AI/ML learning models.
5+ years of experience in advanced SQL, Python, Spark, and a broad array of ML frameworks.
3+ years of experience with advanced analytics and data science platforms like Dataiku.
3+ years of experience with Data Visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau or ThoughtSpot.
3+ years of experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or Amazon RedShift.
3+ years of experience with GenAI application development and LLM-based solution architecture.
3+ years of experience in developing and deploying solutions in a Cloud environment (AWS, Azure).
Experience in data mining, data discovery, building curated data sets, and insight generation.

Experience with Pharma data, including insights into commercial sales and field operations.
Consulting experience in Data science and Advanced Analytics domain.
