This is a hybrid position, with 4 days onsite, and 1 remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in software development
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard development using Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar business intelligence tools

Nice To Haves

  • Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proven experience managing small projects and drafting associated planning documentation, such as schedules and Work Breakdown Structures
  • Ability to translate complex data into easily understandable visual reports for diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau or similar analytics software (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense) to provide actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Analyze technology/capability gaps, then research, develop, and deploy innovative software solutions to improve the final solution and expedite solution deployment
  • Work closely with other developers to design and optimize the solution for performance, adaptability, and maintainability
  • Conduct thorough unit, integration, and cybersecurity testing and remediate identified bugs throughout development cycles
  • Assist in the creation of clear and concise technical documentation, user guides and training material for the developed solution
