Job Description Collect, clean, and preprocess large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources to support data-driven decision-making. Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Design and build data pipelines and automated processes for data ingestion, transformation, and storage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver analytical solutions. Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings and business implications to both technical and non- technical audiences. Design and implement AI-powered chatbots leveraging large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture, and vectorization techniques to allow business users to query structured and unstructured enterprise data using natural language, enabling real-time, context-aware responses without requiring technical expertise. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and hypothesis testing to support business intelligence initiatives and strategic planning. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. Requirements

Bachelors degree + 3 years experience or Masters degree + 1 year experience
