The Data Scientist is primarily responsible for supporting/leading AI-driven initiatives that will help drive revenue growth, efficiency/productivity, and patient Lifetime Value. The individual will be conducting prescriptive, predictive and informational analytics to identify actionable insights. Skills required include, but are not limited to: building machine learning algorithms data engineering natural language processing (NLP) large language models (LLMs) and any other required AI skills Technical coding skills are also required and include SQL code, R-Markdown and Python. Through the combination of statistical knowledge, AI skills and technical coding languages, a data scientist will be required to complete any assigned analytical projects in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, this position will be required to identify, plan and implement any other use cases for AI technology to help drive business success and improvement. They will also take a key role in the planning and development of Lincare's AI platform and strategy. Projects and long-term strategy development should always focus on business impact and have measurable outcomes for success measurement. Additionally, this position will be required to work with other teams to gain insight and to provide technical training to others.
