We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract insights from large datasets, develop predictive models, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes. You will work with various Siemens' organizations focused on driving business value and decisions from large data models.

  • Collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large datasets from various sources.
  • Developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Performing exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Communicating findings and insights through data visualization and reports.
  • Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning.
  • Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least three years' experience working as a data engineer, data architect, or related roles.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, Snowflake.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, SageMaker, AzureML)
  • Experience working with real-time data integration techniques and tools, such as Model Context Protocol (MCP), APIs, Kafka.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience working with relational databases such as SQL, Postgres
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R
  • Experience working with Manufacturing datasets and industrial protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT)
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
