In this role you will: Transition from academia to industry. Make sense of complex marketplace data at webscale and perform noncommoditized data work. Develop scalable statistical algorithms and predictive models to support real-time decision making in a high frequency ad marketplace. Collaborate cross functionally with product managers, and engineers to define KPI's, evaluate A/B tests, perform casual inference, and use data to inform product decisions. Apply the creative problem solving skills you learned in academia to business problems. Work in a collaborative team environment with high personal accountability.
