About The Position

Red Arch Solutions is seeking a Data Scientist to join a small, dynamic team working with a federal agency in the Washington DC Metro area. Position Details: The candidate will lead metadata management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, user support, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) development, requirements analysis, and oversight of catalog content. This entails monitoring enterprise metadata management activities by leading cataloging efforts, refining data governance processes, and ensuring compliance with evolving IC policy. Developing requirements based on needs obtained from users. DIA, DoD, and IC infrastructure, policies, and practices. Cross-agency data governance working groups to align metadata practices.   • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (required)

  • 12 years experience
  • Experience working with users to help define their database use, data analytics, and the data user experience
  • BS degree can be used in lieu of 4 years of experience, Masters degree can be used in lieu of 6 years of experience
