Position Responsibilities: Make use of and apply job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work under general supervision, special assignments. makes sound technical judgment and overall adequacy Contribute to the completion of specific project milestones Interact primarily with internal personnel and infrequently with inter-organizational and external customers on routine matters Basic Qualifications/Skills/Years of Experience (REQUIRED) (Level : 2) 2+ years of experience in forecasting, planning, analytics, and supply chain processes 2+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, logistics, or large-scale manufacturing environments 2+ years of experience in Demand Forecasting and/or Data Simulation Experience with RStudio and/or SQL knowledge Preferred Qualifications/Skills/ Years of Experience (DESIRED) (Level : 3) Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. Programming experience in Python Experience in Data Analytics and Statistics modelling experience Experience in Tableau, Dataiku, Gitlab or similar data visualization tools Experience in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP) Experience in SAP and/or Servigistics Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure Experience in Operations Research from an airline, OEM, logistics company, etc. Certifications: Professional certifications in data analytics or specific BI platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, SAS) can be a plus Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field is mandatory.
