About The Position

As a Data Scientist, you will be a key differentiator. Our work depends on a Data Scientist joining our team in Tampa, FL to leverage technical and analytical expertise to explore and examine data from multiple disparate sources. Your goal will be to discover patterns and previously hidden insights that can provide a competitive advantage or address a pressing business problem. HOW A DATA SCIENTIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Uses expertise in computer science, software development, and the latest technologies to design, analyze, and implement analysis infrastructure, tools, analytic workflows, and complex data visualizations. Leverages knowledge of mathematical and statistical concepts, computer science, or domain expertise to bridge the gap between technologists and mathematicians. Ensures that software solutions meet analytic requirements. Manages and manipulates large data sets, develops data science approaches, and manages data science tasks. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: Bachelor’s Degree required in Computer Sciences, Applied Math or Science Statistics, Science, Technology, Mathematics, Analytics, or related fields. Experience: Requires 2+ years of related experience. Security clearance level: Minimum Secret clearance required; accepted candidates will be submitted for TS/SCI. Active TS/SCI eligibility is preferred. Skills and abilities: Expertise in computer science, software development, data analysis, and mathematical/statistical concepts. Proven ability to manage and manipulate large data sets. Location: Customer Site (Tampa, FL).

Requirements

  • Requires 2+ years of related experience.

  • Proven ability to manage and manipulate large data sets.
  • US Citizenship Required
