Role and Responsibilities As a Data Scientist, you play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive insights and solutions for ASML’s business and technology goals. Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 1 or more years of experience applying data science methods in a professional or academic setting
• Experience working with industry-standard tools such as Python, R, or SQL
• Background in developing and deploying predictive models using real-world datasets
• You apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques with confidence
• You communicate complex ideas clearly to a variety of audiences
• Data Cleansing (ETL)
• Deep understanding of statistics
• Data storytelling
• You handle large datasets efficiently and with attention to detail
• You are comfortable using data visualization tools to share your insights
• You work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• You approach challenges with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn
• You manage your time and priorities to meet deadlines
• You demonstrate ethical responsibility in handling data and information

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and patterns that support strategic decision-making
• Design and implement predictive models to address technological challenges within the semiconductor industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
• Communicate findings in a clear and actionable manner to technical and non-technical audiences
• Develop data visualization tools that make insights accessible and impactful
• Ensure the quality and integrity of data through robust validation and testing processes
• Stay up to date with best practices in data science and apply them to ongoing projects
