Requirements

PhD or masterâs degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience with large-scale data to solve problems.
Prior experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
Experience in building and deploying predictive models and data pipelines.
Familiarity with data science toolkits such as Python, R, and PySpark.
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
Understanding of emerging technologies like NoSQL databases and predictive analytics.
Fluent in data science methodologies and tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated growth mindset with a passion for learning new technologies.
Strong understanding of data governance and management practices.
Experience in systems development and project management methodologies.
Proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships.
Experience in business case development.

Responsibilities

Work closely with domain experts to assess business problems and opportunities for machine learning.
Design, build, tune, and deploy AI/ML tools in alignment with IT frameworks.
Perform large-scale experiments to uncover relationships between data sets.

Determine requirements for training and evolving deep learning models.
Visualize data insights through engaging dashboards and reports.
Lead the development of divisional strategies for AI/ML outcomes.
Deploy a divisional AI strategy aligned with enterprise goals.
Proactively mine data to identify trends and generate business insights.
Mentor stakeholders in AI/ML expertise and leadership roles.
Collaborate with business units to maximize AI project success.
Identify areas for technical improvements and present business cases.
