You will oversee training and analytics integration within Army systems, training, and internal applications such as Excel and Power Platform. Your efforts will enable personnel readiness at all levels by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and tools required for mission success. You'll manage training programs and serve as a vital link between operators, developers, and leadership. In this role, you will participate in meetings with various stakeholders, ensuring training effectiveness while providing insights on data from across the command. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with data exploration, aggregation, analysis, and visualization
  • 1+ years of experience working in Excel
  • 1+ years of experience working with a Power Platform application
  • Knowledge of data extraction and transformation
  • Ability to plan, design, develop, and manage curriculum revolving around data literacy in both Excel and Power Platform Applications
  • Ability to speak to large groups of individuals and articulate technical concepts to a broad audience
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience working with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
  • Experience with DoW training and evaluation programs
  • Ability to provide feedback to senior leaders regarding training and system features
  • Ability to prepare and brief findings to commanders or senior decision-makers
