About The Position
We’re partnered with a mid-sized company that has a strong data foundation and is now focused on using AI to drive smarter decisions across the business. This role sits within a centralized Data / Analytics team and works closely with product and business leaders. They’re looking for a Data Scientist who can go beyond reporting and help build models that actually influence outcomes.
Requirements
- 3 to 6+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, and modeling techniques
- Experience with machine learning or AI-driven analysis
- Ability to explain complex ideas simply
- Someone focused on impact, not just theory
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy predictive models such as forecasting and segmentation
- Work with large datasets to uncover patterns and insights
- Partner with business leaders to solve real operational problems
