We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Content Data Science team within the Data & Insight Group. Our team sits at the intersection of data, technology, and entertainment, focused on understanding content performance, audience behavior, and the signals that drive viewership and subscriber growth across Paramount+ and Pluto TV. In this role, you will work with some of the richest streaming datasets in the industry, spanning billions of content interactions, subscriber journeys, and ad events, to build models that directly inform how we invest in, market, and optimize content for millions of viewers worldwide. You will draw on data sources including video and ads consumption, clickstream activity, subscription history, and 2nd/3rd party data to build user-level causal and predictive models. Key applications include forecasting content viewership, identifying content traits that resonate with our audiences, quantifying the impact of high-value user actions, developing user segmentations for cohort-based targeting, and finding opportunities to improve the user experience.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build ML products that have a real impact on business strategy, content decisions, and the viewer experience at scale.
