We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our dynamic Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, machine learning, and data mining, with the ability to visualize and communicate complex data in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify, research, and solve complex analytical problems
  • Analyze large data sets to extract meaningful insights
  • Design, build, and maintain machine learning models and algorithms
  • Collaborate with data engineers to improve data collection and storage
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
  • Support the organization's broad-spectrum Data Management requirements including, but not limited to: Data Strategy/ Modeling/ Documentation; Data Feed Identification; Infrastructure Management; Data Ingestion/Data Feed Automation; Data Transformation; Data Catalog and Metadata Management; Data Quality Management; Data Governance
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support business objectives.
  • Integrate Tableau with various data sources, including SQL databases, cloud platforms, and spreadsheets
  • Stay updated on the latest Tableau features, best practices, and emerging BI trends.
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with a Poly
  • 7+ years experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis methodologies and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with scripting in Tableau (e.g., automation; troubleshooting; integration, performance optimization)
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and relational databases.
  • Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, and data mining.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Tableau Certified Professional - Preferred
  • Current Security+ or DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
  • Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
