About The Position

In this role, the Data Scientist may support or lead the development of data-related commercial offerings and other intellectual property (IP). The responsibilities include executing statistical and mathematical analyses that support business decision-making processes. The Data Scientist will develop and utilize algorithms and statistical predictive models, determining the most effective analytical approaches and modeling techniques to evaluate different scenarios and potential future outcomes. The position demands a high level of analytical rigor, employing advanced statistical techniques such as predictive statistical models, customer profiling, segmentation analysis, survey design and analysis, and data mining to analyze large datasets. Documentation of projects is essential, including outlining business objectives, data gathering and processing methods, leading approaches, final algorithms, detailed results, and analytical metrics. The Data Scientist will also be responsible for developing materials that explain project findings and effectively resolving any problems or roadblocks that may arise during the analysis process. Interaction with internal and external peers and managers is a key aspect of the role, facilitating the exchange of semi-complex information related to assigned activities. The Data Scientist will prepare and present interpretations of findings to internal clients, ensuring that insights are actionable and aligned with business goals.
