Patient Direct (Byram Healthcare & Apria Healthcare brands) is seeking a Data Scientist to help leverage prospects and customer data to derive insights that will help build audiences to fuel targeted digital advertising campaigns, website personalization, and operational efficiencies. This role will collaborate closely with marketing, other business operations, and IT teams to develop actionable insights and optimize outcomes. By leveraging data, the Data Scientist will play a critical role in driving profitable customer acquisition, retaining current customers, and improving operational efficiencies. This role will identify business trends and problems through complex big data analysis, interpreting results from multiple sources using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining independently. Additionally, this role will involve leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to create advanced predictive models, automate processes, and provide deeper insights to support strategic decision-making. A strong focus on HIPAA compliance and data privacy is required to ensure all strategies and tactics align with legal and regulatory standards.
