You will work collaboratively across teams to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models while exploring new data sources and maintaining data pipelines. The position emphasizes hands-on technical work, from feature engineering and model building to production deployment, while clearly communicating results and recommendations to stakeholders.   • Execute end-to-end data science projects, from exploratory data analysis to model deployment.
  • Build, prototype, and deploy machine learning models in both sandbox and production environments.
  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to ensure reliable, clean, and structured data for modeling.
  • Explore internal data sources and evaluate their utility in predictive modeling and analytics.
  • Produce reports and visualizations to communicate findings, trends, and model outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior data scientists, leadership, and cross-functional teams to align models with business goals.
  • Communicate modeling challenges, insights, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in predictive modeling, data science, or data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Python or R, including notebook environments.
  • Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques.
  • Experience in data wrangling, feature engineering, and data exploration.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and libraries.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of insurance claims processes is preferred but not required.
