About The Position
Data Scientist III - FMIC Data Science (DAT Solutions, LLC, Beaverton, OR): Regularly lead research projects and offer mentorship and guidance to team members (20%); Work closely with ML Engineers on the Data Science team to turn successful prototypes into new products (20%); Evaluate existing ML and statistical products to ensure continued high-quality results and outputs, and to recommend improvements and new research where appropriate (10%); Continue professional learning of tools, techniques and best-practices for modern cloud-based data science (5%); Review code for both data science researchers and machine learning engineers (20%); Work with product teams to aid in determining what data to capture and at what level of granularity to capture the data. Represents team at cross-team meetings (5%); Build out model monitoring tools (10%); Identify and make recommendations on new analytical tools, research tools, and methods to enhance the team's capabilities and efficiency (10%).
