About The Position

This role offers an opportunity to apply advanced data science techniques to solve complex business problems at scale. You will develop, implement, and optimize machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions while ensuring responsible and measurable impact. The position spans the full data science lifecycle, including data processing, modeling, evaluation, and productionization. You will collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into actionable models, mentor junior team members, and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and the application of state-of-the-art AI tools to drive business performance and improve decision-making. The role is fully remote, providing flexibility while working on high-impact projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative fields.
  • 4–5+ years of experience in data science, preferably in fast-paced or high-impact environments.
  • Advanced Python programming skills (pandas, scikit-learn, PySpark) and SQL proficiency.
  • Experience in building, tuning, and evaluating ML models, with strong understanding of evaluation metrics.
  • Expertise in LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and agentic AI (LangGraph experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with multi-modal AI models and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Experience translating business requirements into modeling tasks with clear documentation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience and Agile project exposure.
  • Knowledge of model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build, tune, and deploy machine learning models including classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems.
  • Develop LLM workflows including prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and multi-modal models.
  • Implement agentic AI solutions leveraging orchestration tools and advanced AI pipelines.
  • Process and manage large datasets using Python, PySpark, pandas, and SQL.
  • Apply MLOps practices such as CI/CD, monitoring, and reproducibility for model deployment.
  • Conduct bias testing and ensure fairness in AI/ML applications.
  • Communicate insights and model outputs effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science, ML, and AI.
