The Data Scientist for Enrollment Management at Furman University is a key member of the Enrollment Management senior leadership team, reporting directly to the Vice President for Enrollment Management. This role is crucial in understanding admission and financial aid strategies for undergraduate students, utilizing data to influence and model decisions related to admissions, financial aid, enrollment, and student success. The Data Scientist will be responsible for gathering, interpreting, monitoring, and analyzing data policies, procedures, and outcomes, employing software engineering, statistics, and machine learning to automate processes and develop solutions to enrollment challenges.
