About The Position

This position is responsible for leading digitalization and process transformation initiatives within Finance & Controlling, including coordination with other North America entities and shared service centers. Lead digitalization, transformation, and accounting-related initiatives to support the achievement of Finance's target operating model. Develop, drive, and support Finance digital transformation projects, including technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and custom applications. Design and implement fit-for-purpose digital solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency across Finance functions. Analyze and improve existing internal business processes, ensuring scalable implementation across all supported affiliates. Maintain and enhance current digitalization initiatives to ensure continued value delivery to the Finance and Accounting teams. Responsible to support financial activities including month-end closing, analysis, reconciliation, reporting of general ledger and sub-ledger accounts, including maintaining audit quality documentation. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Information Technology, Finance or related field required.
• 1 plus year of experience in Data science, data analysis, finance and/or accounting.
• Knowledge of RPA and/or Blue Prism, PowerBI, Power Automate (cloud and Desktop), Power Apps, Microsoft Office 365 products.
• SAP Experience and Project Management experience a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to address unusual or complex problems.
