As a programmer, data scientist, and operations analyst, you're passionate about exploring the root cause of an issue and then analyzing, reporting, developing recommendations for a creative solution, and implementing the solution. We need an experienced analyst like you to help us solve complex problems for our clients. On our USCENTCOM team, you'll provide applications programming, data science, and operations research capabilities on-site for a combatant command Operation Assessment Division to deliver solutions that matter and have significant impact. You won't go at it alone, you'll work alongside a team of professionals to explore, design, develop, and apply a variety of programming, data collection, and decision analytics processes and applications, including the employment of mathematical, statistical, and other analytic methods. Once documented, you'll develop automated applications, data visualizations, information displays, decision briefings, analytic papers, and facilitate client senior leadership decisions with analytic products. In this role, you'll use your passion for analytics to identify effective, efficient, and innovative technical solutions for meeting client data and automation requirements, including potential artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions. You will also build digital solutions using programming applications such as R, R/Shiny, and Python to digitalize and partially or fully automate data collection, analysis, and staff processes while accelerating the rate at which the client can execute tasks. Use your programming, data science, and operations research knowledge to develop and implement solutions that advance the operational capacity of USCENTCOM and support key missions in support of national defense.
