In this role, you will develop, transform, and model data to improve decision making. You are responsible for data extraction and manipulation of data sets resulting in workflows and predictive models for end-users using system tools (dashboards). You will conduct analysis on data to ensure correct predictive forecasting. You will manage the analytics request process by capturing requirements and are responsible for the creation and maintenance of the resulting analytic dashboards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 11 years' experience in Data Science/Analysis.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology or Engineering preferred.
  • Familiarity with Splunk and dashboard creation.
  • Experience integrating diverse data streams.
  • Establish data standards and act as custodian of IT and service delivery data sets and streams.
  • Experience in analyzing complex networks and systems.
  • Experience in analyzing log data from various network components and operating systems.
  • Knowledge of the complex environment involving shared networks and multiple security enclaves.
  • System engineering with network analyst/engineering background.

Nice To Haves

  • Security Development and Operations (SecDevOps).
  • Network security background with ability to analyze log data.
  • Familiarity with generating logs and metrics from product suites, such as Cisco, Juniper, and desktop/server OS.
  • Expertise with Splunk (Power User Cert preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Splunk advanced apps such as ITSI, SOAR, and UBA.
  • Public, private and hybrid Cloud experience (AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc.).
