Responsibilities- Act as subject matter expert in MLOps frameworks, bridging the gap between data science and engineering, ensuring models are developed, deployed, monitored and maintained effectively. Develop, productionalize, and support enterprise initiatives projects (e.g., deep learning foundational models). Develop, test, document, productionalize, and champion enterprise model lifecycle assets that enable consistency, reproducibility, and model governance for multiple domains (e.g., Clinical, UW/pricing, etc.) across multiple lines of business (e.g., US Medical, Pharmacy, and Benefits Management). Foster productive collaboration with engineering and infrastructure colleagues to optimize and enhance model lifecycle management and enable rapid value delivery. Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with technical and business matrix partners. Develop actionable value- and data-driven communication for internal and public-facing stakeholders to scale. Independently deliver clear and well-developed presentations for both technical and business audiences. Mentor Data Scientists and Data Engineering partners, both stateside and offshore, in all the responsibilities above. Hybrid work schedule. The salary for this position is $152,000.00 per year and this role is eligible for standard company benefits. Qualifications- Requires a Master’s degree in Data Science, Geographic Information Science, or a related quantitative field and 2 years of data science experience. Must have experience with: Python; SQL; R; Git; Machine Learning; Deep Learning; Statistical Analysis; Database Management; Natural Language Processing; Application Development; GitHub; PySpark; Databricks; PyTorch; and TensorFlow. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 131,200 - 218,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
