The work As a Data Science Project Manager you will lead strategic planning and coordination for enterprise-level data initiatives. You will oversee the development of a comprehensive data strategy, a data governance framework, organizational change management plans, and the establishment of a scalable data science environment.

Requirements

8 years of experience managing federal projects
Proven experience integrating data science into federal programs
Strong understanding of AI policy, governance, and ethics
Experience leading cross‑sector collaboration and long-term strategic planning
Ability to translate between technical and policy domains to enable mission success
