About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Data Science Manager who can lead our team to produce uncommon intelligence insights. Responsibilities include: Manage, architect and analyze big data in order to build data driven insights and high impact data visualizations Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects, from data collection and preparation to model development and deployment Design and implement robust data pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility for analytical purposes Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating complex data insights into actionable strategies that align with business objectives Create a value chain to help address the challenges of acquiring data, evaluating its value, distilling analyzing Examine data from multiple sources and share insights which provide competitive advantage Act as Subject Matter Expert in area of expertise and enhance Accenture's marketplace reputation

Requirements

• 7 years of experience providing data science solutions
• Experience with data modeling/architecture tools
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, and other coding languages is a plus
• Experience analyzing existing systems & databases to understand, validate, and document content
• Develop insights from analysis, and future requirements supporting cloud development, system modernization, and data governance processes
• Familiar with data strategy, policy development & implementation as well as experience in the DoD and IC communities
• Experience with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Experience with intelligence production and dissemination of information
• 100% onsite
• Active TS/SCI clearance required

Nice To Haves

• Good understanding of structured and unstructured data, various file types, data ETL, data pipelines, and ability to document
• Experience with Tableau
• Experience providing IT support as needed
