Requirements

Advanced degree in a quantitative field (masters or PhD).
10+ years of industry experience for masters holders; 6+ years for PhD holders.
Experience in driving product strategy and roadmaps through analytics.
2+ years of leadership experience managing analytics teams of 5+ data scientists.
Expertise in causal inference, A/B testing, and metric definition.
Ability to communicate complex concepts simply to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in SQL and Python/R for hands-on analysis.

Responsibilities

Drive adoption of strategic recommendations based on data and product experience.
Collaborate with product and engineering managers to identify actionable insights.
Engage in all phases of product development, from ideation to post-launch analysis.
Oversee data quality initiatives and work on ETLs and reporting dashboards.
