Lucid is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Business Analyst to help drive innovation and address urgent needs within our Talent Acquisition organization. This role is perfect for someone who excels in tactical execution, managing the day-to-day operational aspects of recruitment analytics with precision and efficiency. Additionally, we seek a strategic thinker who can contribute to shaping and guiding our overall recruiting analytics strategy. This is a hybrid role based out of our Headquarters in Newark, CA.
