About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and authority Data Science Manager to join our team. This role will support revenue growth strategies by demonstrating time series modeling, machine learning, and optimization techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven 5+ years of experience in pricing, data science, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SAS, or SQL and experience with data visualization tools.
• Understanding of price optimization techniques, demand modeling, and forecasting.
• Experience with controlled experiments (A/B testing) and test-and-learn methodologies in a commercial context.
• Excellent communications, interpersonal and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement sophisticated analytics models, including price/promotion optimization, segmentation, and demand modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure revenue growth strategies align with business goals and market conditions.
• Supervise key business critical metrics and regularly present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with data engineering and IT teams to ensure the scalability and adaptability of models and tools.
