We are seeking a visionary Tech Specialist to serve as the primary navigator for our transition from static automation to a truly autonomous agentic ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI research and operational reality. You aren't just building bots; you are designing an "OS for Agents" that allows them to reason, use tools, and collaborate with minimal human intervention.
Requirements
- Experience designing and building an Agentic Solutions
- Hands with GCP technology stack
- Experience with telecom domain preferable
Responsibilities
- Strategic North Star: Define and own the multi-year roadmap for autonomous agent maturityâmoving the organization from simple RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to multi-agent orchestration and self-correcting loops.
- Landscape Expertise: Act as the internal authority on the evolving agentic stack, including frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGPT), tool-use protocols, and memory management.
- Technical Governance: Establish the architectural standards for agentic reliability, focusing on observability, "human-in-the-loop" safety checkpoints, and cost-efficient scaling.
- Team Upskilling: Evangelize agentic design patterns across the broader engineering team, mentoring developers on the shift from deterministic coding to probabilistic agent logic.
