About The Position
CATCH Intelligence is excited to offer a Data Science Internship that provides a unique opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the field of data science. This internship is designed for individuals who are either local or regional and are currently pursuing a degree in Math, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems (MIS). The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in programming languages such as R and/or Python, which are essential for data analysis and visualization tasks. Additionally, coursework in Data Science, Data Visualization, and Operations Research will be beneficial for the role. Interns will have the chance to work closely with experienced professionals, including Senior Data Scientists, Programmers, Developers, and Architects. This mentorship will provide invaluable insights into the industry and help interns sharpen their technical skills in a supportive and friendly environment. We are particularly interested in candidates who not only excel academically but also demonstrate strong mathematical abilities, creative problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of databases, statistics, and machine learning concepts.
