About The Position

During this internship you will have the opportunity to work with data from state-of-the-art IC products across the NXP portfolio You will be part of a global team and interact with data scientists, product engineers and experts from other disciplines including design, test and manufacturing, while shadowing your mentor to accomplish goals Engage in advanced analytics on voluminous data coming from automated test facilities – solving ‘needle in the haystack’ problems, classification problems and problems which may require machine-learning solutions Creation of new, novel solutions to difficult manufacturing and operations problem. Training, guidance and coaching will be part of the program Attributes: Familiarity with Python Worked on projects using ML libraries and APIs such as scikit-learn / Tensorflow / Keras Experience with statistical analysis techniques and software such as R/JMP/Minitab/Exensio Knowledge in statistical analysis and modelling of data (especially ML models) Knowledge of semiconductor design, process, and testing is a plus Knowledge of LLM and agentic AI is a plus Studying to a Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Engineering/Computer Science/Data Science/Math or similar Curious; hungry for knowledge; self-driven More information about NXP in the United States... Requirements

  • Familiarity with Python
