The Data Scientist Intern position at NIQ is designed to support the North America Data Science initiatives. This role requires a passion for learning, multi-sourced data, data quality, statistical measurement, automation, and efficiency. The intern will assist the Data Science team in day-to-day tasks such as data cleaning, validation, extraction, and analysis. They will work collaboratively with associates to create new solutions, use cases, proof of concepts, and prototypes by exploring diverse data sets using tools like Python. The intern will also support the automation and development of solutions for existing processes, propose new data visualizations, and update existing dashboards. Maintaining positive working relationships and open communication across relevant teams is essential to ensure delivery to client expectations and satisfaction, while adhering to the company’s regional and global standards.
