About the position

The Data Analytics Manager is responsible for analyzing mission-critical company sales, operational, financial, and product data to provide actionable business insights, KPI tracking, and analytics tools for decisionmakers, overseeing day-to-day reporting, analysis, and development of data visualizations to optimize company performance. This includes converting raw data across several business systems and verticals into meaningful and digestible reports and insights, and development of an integrated data strategy in conjunction with leadership. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will provide support to other departments, as directed. While this position can be fully remote, we are looking for candidates to be residents of Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, New York, Florida, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, or Alabama only.

Responsibilities

  • Support primarily the Customer Success, Program Operations, and Clinical Recruitment teams and, as directed, the Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Technology, and Finance teams, and other key stakeholders with detailed visibility into all aspects of business performance.
  • Prepare and deliver analytics and insights to help make data-informed decisions across markets, departments, and verticals.
  • Create and maintain accurate and easy to understand dashboards and interactive visual reports using Hubspot, Tableau, Elastic Search Kibana and other tools to analyze inventory, customer preferences, operational efficiency, financial performance, and sales/marketing data and help interpret results to drive strategic business decisions.
  • Responsible for generating standard and custom reports for stakeholders and synthesizing data and insights.
  • In collaboration with the Sales Operations leader, perform administrative and superuser functions for the CRM system (Hubspot) and other digital tools.
  • In collaboration with Tech and Operations, develop protocols and best practices for data cohesiveness, cleanliness, and quality.
  • In collaboration with the Sales Operations leader, research, identify, and implement testing of new CRM releases/features and communicate and train existing users on new features.
  • Utilize data to identify areas of improvement across multiple departments.
  • Serve as liaison between Customer Success, Program Operations, Clinical Recruitment, BD/Sales and the Technology team on implementation of new technologies to support the teams and other stakeholders, as needed.
  • Collaborate with the BD, Sales, Customer Success and Clinical Recruitment teams to review and develop systems to prioritize customer and lead lists and associated workflows.
  • Communicate appropriate organizational information during department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and other reporting venues.
  • Develop tooling in platforms like Elastic Search to provide acquisition, implementation, and operational teams with the ability to make queries and answer questions about their business data in a timely manner.
  • Work with Technology to implement supervised & unsupervised ML, as well as LLM and agentic LLM solutions utilizing business data to generate value.
  • Actively seek feedback with an open mind to gain a deeper understanding through data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (in fields like data science or analytics, computer science, statistics, engineering or mathematics preferred); equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Data Visualizations, and languages like Python, R, or Stata.
  • Minimum of 5 years working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, or in a Data Analyst role.
  • Experience and comfort with using supervised and unsupervised ML to answer business questions, knowledge of when to use a specific ML modality.
  • Experience deploying projects created with, or integrating leading LLMs (Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, GPT, etc.), especially developing agents for business and product use cases.
  • Knowledge of the structure of healthcare systems and medical/nursing education, a plus.
