About The Position

Interns receive mentorship and leadership training for career growth, from returning as interns to transitioning into leadership programs or securing full-time roles post-graduation. Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned. Summer projects may include the following responsibilities: Work closely with leadership to recognize and tackle areas for improving efficiency and benchmark with industry standards. Become a process owner; critically review specific processes with great attention to detail and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement. Develop tools and models to improve tracking and efficiency. Learn continuous improvement methodologies (i.e., PPI, Six Sigma, and others) and help promote improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively across the IT function to achieve business objectives related to: Global Information Security, Digital Technology & Delivery, Enterprise Application Systems, Business Intelligence, Global Infrastructure, Corporate Strategy & Integrations, E-Business, Digital Transformations, and Data Science. Internship starts on May 11th or June 15th, 2026, lasting 10-12 weeks based on student schedules.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student completing an Information Technology-related degree between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
  • Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities
