The Commercial Enablement Sr. Data Science Analyst - Power BI Developer & Data Engineer plays a central role in transforming complex, multi-source data into reliable, scalable, and action-oriented analytics that directly influence commercial decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, applied data science, and executive-level visualization, with a strong bias toward execution and measurable business impact. This is a highly hands-on role responsible for designing, building, and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards and data models that enable leaders to identify growth opportunities, optimize sales productivity, and improve profitability in real time. The role requires deep technical expertise in pulling, modeling, and transforming data from multiple enterprise systems, including Palantir Foundry, Salesforce (Sales & Marketing Clouds), and operational data sources. Beyond reporting, this role applies statistical analysis, modeling techniques, and data science principles to uncover patterns, surface insights, and inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing transformations, optimizing data pipelines, and translating complex analyses into intuitive, compelling visual stories that drive action at the executive and field-sales level. This position is a critical contributor to elevating Alside's commercial analytics and insights agenda, accelerating growth initiatives, improving operational effectiveness, and supporting value creation in a fast-paced, private-equity-backed environment. This role reports to the VP, Alside Commercial Enablement.
