How you’ll make an impact: Analyze and interpret financial and professional services operational data to identify patterns and trends. Develop, test, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to support business insights. Collaborate with the Finance Operations and PMO teams to define data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Support data pre-processing, cleansing, and integration to ensure data quality and integrity. Utilize Python for data manipulation, automation, and advanced analytics. Contribute to the design and implementation of predictive models and other analytical solutions. Document processes, findings, and recommendations to enhance team knowledge and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python and Power BI, with a solid understanding of data visualization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data warehouse concepts.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or Google Looker.
  • Knowledge of financial operations or project management processes.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and applications.
  • Previous internship experience in data analytics or related fields.
